I hope you and your families are staying safe.
There is always a lot going on at Boyd Wealth Management, so I wanted to share a couple fun, exciting things we’ve been up to.
The pandemic has changed the way people work and communicate, and we are no exception. We really miss seeing you in-person. For now, we will continue conducting our regular reviews and planning meetings via telephone and Zoom.
In addition to the blog, we’re adding another way to stay in touch - our very own Youtube Channel! Individuals digest information in different ways and this will allow us to communicate timely content in an increasingly popular format.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously, so we welcome funny (and serious) feedback, comments, or suggestions.
Now, in our Youtube premier, we are happy to present the newest addition to the team.
Welcome Justin Steingraber!
Justin is our Investment Operations Manager. His primary role is to deliver exceptional service to our clients through the implementation of their financial plans and investment strategies.
Originally from Lodi, he recently moved back to Sacramento from the Bay Area to be closer to family. He and his wife Amanda have three beautiful daughters.
Justin comes to us from a large independent Registered Investment Advisory firm that share a similar investment philosophy, planning focus, and commitment to client service as Boyd Wealth Management.
Justin’s training and experience adds another dimension to our toolbox. He holds the coveted Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, which requires a grueling three-year program focused on securities analysis, portfolio management, and economics. Three tests are administered over that period with each test sporting a 50% pass rate or less.
But Justin passed each exam on his first try!
In this short video, I interview Justin and ask him a few questions about his background. We talk about how he got into the wealth management industry, what the coveted CFA® designation means, and learn a bit about his life outside the office.
Justin is eager to meet you as life returns to normal. I know you will enjoy working with him
Brian is Guest on Norm Schriever’s Podcast
I recently had the pleasure of being a guest on my friend Norm Schriever’s real estate and mortgage-themed podcast.
We talk about the early influences that led me to this business, the keys to keeping investing simple yet effective, creating a plan to pass on more than just your wealth, and how your primary residence fits into your financial plan.
The interview is available in video format on YouTube below or in traditional podcast format wherever you listen to your favorites.
I hope you enjoy it!
